Returns Policy
Standard returns – Please advise us within 14 days if you wish to return any products that you have ordered.
Changing or cancelling orders?
Once you've placed an order, you can only amend your contact and delivery details if the order has not been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, the delivery details cannot be changed. Orders can be cancelled and refunded if they have not yet been dispatched.
Damaged or incorrectly sent items?
It's important that you inspect your order on delivery to make sure that you have received your full order without any damage. If you are missing any parts or have any damage, please contact us with your order number and using the instructions manual, confirm the part number(s) that need replacing, and we will arrange a replacement sent out asap free of charge of course.
Change of mind returns?
For any change of mind returns, we are happy to accept the return and refund you for the item. All items must be disassembled and in the original packaging. If the original packaging is not returned and not suitable for resell, we will be unable to offer you a refund on this product.
How much do returns cost?
All items returned not through fault of Obaro, such as a change of mind, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This is to cover processing and shipping fees.
